The goal of the seminar is to challenge the shepherd of local churches and Christian ministries to lead from
a heart and life of conviction. The shepherd mentors, models and discples the next generation of pastor/shepherds. His calling and vision is the foundation for an effective ministry.
The four sessions deal with the shepherd, his calling, and his ability to lead from his knees to ministry scriptural growth and effectiveness, not just energize a crowd.
