The Interlachen Library will be Celebrating "Read Across America" with Dr. Seuss for the month of March with a Dr. Seuss Read-A-Thon that will begin March 2nd and go through March 31st. Children from the ages of Pre-K through Elementary grades can participate by coming to the Interlachen Library and reading any of the Dr. Seuss books. All you have to do is Read as many Dr. Seuss books as possible while at the Interlachen Library during Library hours. For each book read you will get to put your name into a drawing for a small collection of Dr. Seuss books. If you are one of the the 3 top readers at the completion of the Dr. Seuss Read-A-Thon you will get an extra chance in the Seuss drawing. Drawing will be held on March 31st. You do not have to be present to win. For more details you can come by the Interlachen Library or call Marilyn Meetze at the Interlachen Library at (386) 684-1600 during the following hours: Tuesday through Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm and Saturdays from 9:00am to 12:30pm.
