Aaron Long
About Me
Aaron has been a volunteer DJ at Hope FM since 2018. He has an undergraduate degree in music education and psychology. He has worked in sales, marketing, executive banking, real estate, entrepreneurship, and teaching. He has studied worship and music at Liberty University and has a Master’s of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary. There, he was presented the Hoyt L. Hickman Award for "Excellence in Liturgical Scholarship and Practice". Aaron was ordained at The Village Church in St. Augustine and served there as the Pastor of Discipleship, Marketplace, and Worship Arts, and he was the former Lead Pastor at Dunns Creek Community Church. On occasion, he writes columns in the Thursday “Applause” devotionals for the Palatka Daily News. He and his wife have eight children and two grandchildren. As a family, they enjoy the beach and the river.
