Palatka, Fla.— As part of its on–going initiative to mitigate the spread of COVID–19, the Florida Department of Health in Putnam County (DOH–Putnam) is offering free, walk–up
COVID–19 vaccination clinics at various locations throughout the county. All three vaccines are available at each site. No appointment is necessary!
The times and locations include:
• Teacher Training Center
1101 Husson Avenue, Palatka
Every Tuesday 9 am – 3 pm
• WIC Office – George C. Miller Jr. Middle School
101 S Prospect St, Crescent City
Every Wednesday 9:30 am – 3 pm
• WIC Office – Interlachen Elementary School
251 County Road 315, Interlachen
Every Thursday 9:30 am – 3 pm
The Johnson and Johnson and Moderna vaccines are available for those 18 years old and older.
The Pfizer vaccine is available for those 12 years old and older.
